Daily Games
A daily game gives you one hand-sized challenge per day — the same board for every player on Earth, gone at midnight UTC, replaced by a fresh one. GameStand's daily lineup is built entirely in-house: every puzzle is an original, not an embedded copy of someone else's game, and every one runs completely in your browser with no download and no account.

Which daily game should you start with?
If you enjoy words, associations and "oh, that's sneaky" reveals, start with Daily Word Groups: 16 words hide four secret categories, and the last group is nearly always a wordplay trick. If you prefer numbers and logic, Daily Math Equation hands you a target and eight tiles and asks you to rebuild the hidden equation — light arithmetic, heavy deduction, and a daily reminder that multiplication comes before addition. Both take 2–6 minutes; many players simply do both with their coffee.
How daily games work on GameStand
- One shared board. The day's puzzle is derived deterministically from the UTC date — your grid, your tile order and your target are identical to everyone else's, which is what makes comparing emoji results fair.
- One page per game, forever. There are no dated URLs to chase. Each game lives at a single address with a built-in archive picker holding the last two weeks — replay yesterday any time without leaving the page.
- Your data stays yours. Progress, streaks and guess history live in your own browser's storage. No accounts, no cookies, no cross-site tracking.
- Streaks reward showing up. Solving the genuine daily board extends your streak; archive replays are relaxed practice that never breaks it.
Frequently asked questions
When do the daily puzzles reset?
All GameStand daily games reset together at 00:00 UTC. The new boards appear the moment the UTC date changes — there is no staggered or regional rollout.
Do all players really get the same puzzle?
Yes. Each day's board is computed deterministically from the date itself, so every player worldwide sees the same challenge and results are directly comparable.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your streak resets, but nothing else is lost — and the last two weeks of boards stay available in each game's on-page archive picker as practice.
